Both freight and passengers were transported. One car was designed to carry milk cans while another was a designated party car that showed movies. Double tracks are shown alongside the wood station on which a Bell Telephone sign is attached in the Ingomar section of Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, PA. Two women are seen standing in the doorway while two children stand next to a wheel barrow holding a package. Also seen is a box car sitting on a side track.
